Filet Mignon Carving Station

Filet Mignon simply seasoned with Fresh Thyme, Fresh Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper then seared over the coals. Accompanied by our House-Made Honey Horseradish Cream and Chimichurri Sauce. Served with Fresh Sliced Demi Baguettes.

Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Chicken

Juicy Free Range Chicken Breasts stuffed with Spinach, Artichokes, Fresh Crusty Bread and assorted Cheeses including Cream Cheese, Swiss Cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese. Oven roasted until golden.  Served with a Roasted Garlic Chicken Jus.

Tortellini with Pink Lobster Sauce

Ricotta Tortellini cooked al dente with Fresh Lobster Meat and Pearl Peas tossed in a sauce made from sauteed Garlic, Shallots, Local NJ Tomatoes, Lobster Broth, and Heavy Cream.

Tender Baby Greens and Fresh Romaine Hearts tossed with Heirloom Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Shredded Carrots, Shaved Red Onion and Shaved Red Radish. Juicy Grilled Cage-Free Broiler sized Chickens (about 2 1/2 lbs a piece) marinated in Fresh Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme and Garlic.
